CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICIES/ PLEASE REVIEW
*DELIVERY OF YOUR GLASSES
Please expect 1-2 weeks for your glasses to be fabricated. Generally single vision lens are produced more quickly then multifocals and high prescription lens. Due to the precise nature of fabricating lens, delays occasionally occur and it can take longer than two weeks to complete your glasses.
*EXCHANGE POLICY: Custom work/ No refunds
To insure satisfaction we will grant a ONE time exchange under the following circumstances:
1. FIT: If the fit of the glasses is shown to be inadequate after your optician's efforts to properly adjust and fit them, a one time exchange of your glasses within 15 days of purchase is permitted. You may pay the difference for a package with greater features. No refund will be granted for a package with lesser features or cost.
2. RX CHANGES: If your doctor determines your prescription needs to be adjusted or changed an exchange can be made ONE TIME WITHIN 15 days. Small RX differences within the margin or error do not always require lens changes and will only be replaced on doctor recommendations.
3. NON-ADAPTION: If you’re a first time progressive wearer and all efforts to help you adapt to your progressives are unsuccessful, you may make a one time exchange on your original purchase for bifocals or single vision glasses WITHIN 15 days No refund will be granted for a package with lesser features or cost
4.DEFECTIVE EYEWEAR: If the finish of the frame or the lenses show cracking or deterioration within 30 days of normal wear, we will replace at no charge. Loose screws, lost nosepads, stretched frames will be replaced, repaired and adjusted and are not considered defective. Glasses that can be repaired will not be replaced under our policy. Different lenses have a range of warranties and policies after 30 days. Please inquire.
5. BREAKAGE: If the frame breaks within 30 days from normal wear a free replacement will be provided. After 30 days a $39 dollar replacement fee will be charged for non designer frames and a $69 dollar replacement fee will be charged for premium and designer frames. If the frame is no longer available, no suitable frame is available and the lenses need to be remade we will accommodate this by provide the following service:
WITHIN 30 DAYS- free replacement
BETWEEN 30-90 DAYS- 50% discount
BETWEEN 90-180 DAYS- 25% discount
